FIRST IMPRESSION IS EVERYTHING

We understand the Saskatchewan real estate market, and will transform your property into a home potential buyers will aspire to live in.

Vacant Property

Vacant properties often fail to entice potential buyers as 9 out 10 people simply cannot see beyond what they are presented with. We understand what it takes to transform these properties from bare, impersonal spaces into welcoming homes that capture the hearts and minds of buyers.

Show Suite / Home

Buyer’s need to be able to envision themselves in the space and imagine living in a home that is beautiful from top to bottom. We understand how to stage in a way that is modern, fresh, and appealing to the majority. Our goal is to help you sell your home quickly and for top dollar.

Seller’s Consultations

Let us take some pressure off of the overwhelming process of selling. We will address each room and note all of our recommendations in a report for you so that nothing gets forgotten. Anything you can do to make your home stand out among the others will only benefit you in the end.

Occupied Enhanced

After a consultation, you have the choice to have us implement our recommendations for some or all of what is necessary to get your home ready for listing. We do this by repositioning furniture, editing personal possessions, accessorizing, and other suggestions for a renewed and refreshed final product that is visually appealing to buyers.

Staging for Photos and/or Photos

More than 95 percent of buyers begin their home search online. We can either work with what you have already or stage from scratch, depending on the project. Once staged, or if your home is already staged, we can send a professional photographer who has experience photographing sale homes to ensure you’re equipped with photos that sell.

Event Staging

Our team can oversee the staging of any event, whether it’s a corporate gathering such as a conference, or a personal event, such as a baby shower. This will free up time for you to focus on the content of the event, rather than having to focus on what kind of tables you should have, and where you should get them from.
